Why does the virtual keyboard shrink the site window?

Hello, the problem is this - when a virtual keyboard appears on the screen, the site works as if the screen resolution is changing, i.e. shrinks to the height of the keyboard. How can I make the keyboard pop up on top of the page?

Install Chrome, press F12 and look for the layout problem.
