Why does the user not receive a registration letter with a confirmation link when placing an order in Bitrix?
in sale.order.ajax the settings are set
in the main module Allow users to register themselves? the checked
user appears, but the registration email with the link does not arrive.

see if the mail template is running and active.
Also look in the events to see if the email is being created and sent.
