Why does the trunk with the sip provider fall off?

Good afternoon!
Set up a trunk connection with a sip provider. Everything is working. But after 3-5 minutes it falls off. I delete and reconfigure: it works, but again after 3-5 minutes it falls off. Connecting to a sip provider through NAT. I check with the sip show registry command. And there the status is unregistered. I found an instruction on the Internet, with the help of which the reload of trunks is done: Add the line */1 * * * * root asterisk -rx "sip reload"
to /etc/crontab ;
sleep 30 ; asterisk -rx "sip reload".
How correct is this? And if there are many trunks? Is this problem solved differently with NAT?
