Why does the toaster regularly fail?

Not the first month I notice that the toaster often slows down, buggy, does not respond. It's usually short-lived, but annoying nonetheless.
Sometimes the gigtime slows down, but Habra is almost always alive.
I always assumed that the hosting of Habry and all its satellites is the same, but apparently this is not so?
By the way, have the comments been turned off on GT now?
