Why does the time calculation formula not respond to filtering?

This is the situation:
I have a report for my manager on the time spent on each task, filtering by customers is configured, I set up the calculation of the total time spent on work separately on the same sheet.
Essence of the question:
After selecting filtering for a specific customer, the time formula does not change its final value. Is there an option to set up the calculation so that when a customer is selected, the formula displays the time to complete the task from this customer, and not for the entire time?

Well, filter the necessary data in the formula using FILTER() , and then aggregate them as needed.

=СУММ(FILTER(данные_для_суммирования;все_заказчики=заказчик))
