Why does the text “Site updated in the background” appear when sending a push notification?

I do sending and receiving push notifications in the browser. When sending a push, it gets through, but along with the display of my notification text, the sign "The site has been updated in the background" pops up. How to get rid of it? Why does it arise?

Have the same problem myself. Googled it, but to be honest, I haven't tried it yet

The reason is the delay between receiving the push and displaying it in the browser. Try the proposed option, if it works out - you can share your new experience, this is also relevant for me :)
