Why does the terminal slow down mercilessly in the last storm? And how to get rid of it?

Crashed all the same system ssd. I installed a new one, rolled up a fresh Windows, put a fresh storm. Loaded previously saved settings into it.
Now I have an extremely slow terminal. Row output is like a slide show.
I tried to put PS, CMD and a third-party utility Ansicon as a terminal, the result is the same.
When using the launch of tasks (Run), they no longer instantly turn off. Instead, the icon changes to a skull that you need to click on again to stop or restart the process.



what to do? For a couple of days, it got awful.
