Why does the system turn off the PC instead of hibernation?

System:
OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: 5.9.14-arch1-1
Packages: 1199 (pacman)
Shell: bash 5.1.0
Resolution: 1366x768
DE: Plasma 5.20.4
WM: KWin
WM Theme: Breeze
Theme: Breeze [Plasma] , Breeze [GTK2/3]
Icons: breeze [Plasma], breeze [GTK2/3]
Terminal: konsole
CPU: Intel i3-7100 (4) @ 3.900GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730
Memory: 2728MiB /

19955MiB installation. Those. I put the system into sleep mode, but when I turn on the PC, the system starts up again, as if I turned it off and not put it into sleep mode. At the same time, there is a swap partition and it is mounted. Has anyone experienced this or know what the problem might be?
