The problem appeared after I formatted the hard drive and wanted to install Ubuntu.
I opened the boot-menu as always, and chose to boot from a flash drive, a black screen appeared and a few seconds later the computer turned off.

Format it to FAT32 and make it installable via Unetbootin.

Perhaps, by the way, the boot mode from the USB flash drive is incorrectly selected - UEFI or Legacy.
