Why does the system hang at every reboot or shutdown?
When I turn on the PC, the inscription
Loading "Linux linux" first appears; Booting ... and then the desktop.
When you turn off or reboot, the same thing: this inscription, then briefly another one, then the computer turns off.
Ever since installing Arch, periodically, after a reboot or shutdown, the system would hang on this Loading "Linux linux"; booting ... . Sometimes, after a couple of minutes it would let go and the computer would turn off. But most often I had to press a button on the system unit. Lately, this happens every time.
How to debug the problem?
Here is what journalctl showed for the period when I restarted my computer (waited until it hung and pressed the button)
As I understand it, the point is "Gdm: Failed to contact accountsservice: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.freedesktop.Accounts: Refusing activating" ? Or what else can you see?
