Why does the system freeze after starting the Ubuntu virtual machine?

Win 10. Latest VirtualBox. After starting the installation of both Xubuntu and Ubuntu, the system freezes tightly! Windows 10 freezes... Even after 10 minutes, there is no blue screen, no calls to w. disk - NOTHING!

You just need to disable virtualization in Avast antivirus. Everything starts without problems now =)
