Why does the subcategory return a 404 error?

I made the shop page myname.ru/catalog/ set it up in permalinks and now the subcategories do not open myname.ru/catalog/kofe gives a 404 error. In this case, the link to the product opens correctly

Try the obvious, update the permalinks.
Expose the category/postname link construct.
