Why does the storm take so long to load?

On Linux fire, 5-10 seconds, on the windows you have to wait up to a couple of minutes, but then it works without brakes, they are interested exactly how to speed up the download?

Storm behaves similarly.
Note with ubuntu - the storm is loaded in 10-15 seconds at most, the stationary is 2-3 times more powerful - it takes at least a minute to load.
Previously, it loaded even longer, it turned out to speed up the work a bit by allocating more memory to it (by default, it seems to be 750MB).
At startup, where the list of projects is displayed → Configure (bottom right) → Edit Custom VM Options... → line -Xmx{some number}m.
I increased it to 4096, it began to work a little faster, it is also recommended (if you do not use it) to turn off spell checking, in the settings of the IDE itself ctrl + alt + S → look for Spelling and cut it down.
But the fact remains, on Windows the storm is "not in a hurry" at startup :)
