Why does the speed of wifi + 2 iOS + 1 Android drop sharply?

I don't have the slightest idea what's going on...
So that's it. There is an old router dlink dir300. Works well and never had any complaints.
2 ios devices are constantly connected to it and speedtest measurements give a good result (25-30 mb / s). Means. I have an android tablet. It has a tTorrent client for downloading files from torrent resources. This is a prelude. Where is the apotheosis...
If something is downloaded on the tablet with this program, then the Wi-Fi speed drops sharply (up to several tens of kb / s). Moreover, the channel is not loaded (the download speed of the program is only about 100 kb / s). Moreover, it could be explained if the Internet channel was clogged. This is how the local wifi network is also clogged (I can’t even log into the admin panel of the router from any of the devices, and if it works out, then only after a few minutes). If you pause the download in the program, then the speed increases again to 25-30 mb / s.
Any thoughts?

The weak link here is just a weak router! dir300 can't handle the large number of connections your torrent creates. And it doesn't matter whether you run it on a tablet or on a laptop. The speed that the rocking chair shows also does not matter. The main number of active peers/seeds that the program is trying to connect to.
Limit the number of connections in the torrent download until you find the most optimal one ..
In general, I advise you to change the router.
