Prompt a reliable filter for incoming calls by masks

I have been successfully using the CallFilter program on Symbian for many years, but my beloved Nokia is slowly dying. I bought a replacement for her and slowly adjust. You need an analogue of CallFilter for Android 2.3. I rummaged through a bunch of forums, but I never found a program about which the audience would have an unambiguously positive opinion, and it’s scary to put everything in a row. I would be grateful for good advice.
The program is required
to answer/hide calls starting with certain sequences of numbers and symbols.
Support for masks with the symbol # is required , for example:
+ # 79285
- support # in the mask is needed because the SuperAON service from Megafon is connected, and if they call from a hidden one, the number is displayed as +# 79285000000 #

It is preferred, but not required, to be able to back up the list of masks.

Check out CallWeaver - from the same author as the great PhoneWeaver profile manager (I've been using it for a very long time), which also interact very well with each other.
You can also try Kaspersky Mobile Security - it can cut calls / sms according to templates. I block them text messages from the bank for certain (frequent) transactions - so as not to annoy).

I can advise Call Filter . This is more or less adequate software. I don't know about 'lattice' support.
