Why does the sound of usb connecting to the computer appear when I am shocked, for example, by clothes?

Hello, a little strange question, but still interesting to know why this happens.

In my office at the office, for example, if I get an electric shock when I touch clothes, furniture, etc., then my computer constantly sounds like a USB device is connected. Moreover, this happens even if I am 1-2 meters away from him:
i.e. for example, if I touch a chair that is located at one end of the office and I get an electric shock, then this sound is triggered at my computer in the other corner of the office.

Can anyone suggest why this is happening?

Because the computer, oddly enough, is electrical, and most likely it is poorly grounded or stands with the lid open. It is also possible that the ESD protection circuits have already failed.
Solution - if the PC is disassembled (covers removed) - assemble. Grounding - restore. Connect through a good network filter.

If this happens when you touch USB and the like, then it’s better not to do this, the hub may not like it. This is due to the fact that when there is an electric shock, the computer starts to blunt and thinks that a flash drive is being inserted.
