Why does the slider work in Mozilla but not in Chrome?

In katonmed.kz/#buy, the slider works in Mozilla, but does not want to in Chrome. Why?

If the slider is this block, then it works fine for me in Chrome.
Check if there are errors in the console in developer tools.
