Why does the site rank so hard on Google?

I noticed that during the day my site jumps a lot in search results, for example, in the morning it was in 140th place in the search for a specific query, then after a couple of hours it became 160, after a couple of hours it went up to 150 even later by 170, then it went up to 120 and that’s it this is for one day, while no action was taken on the site, why is it so sausage? I did not set the goal of promotion, the site was recently included in the search.

Patamushta google pipe was shaking :) So everyone is sausage issuing now ... they are rolling out panda 5.0 or some other version already there)
