Why does the site only show up in tor?

Hello everyone, I launched a django test project on vps ( hostIQ ) and linked the domain ( hostpro )
When I go to the domain, I get an error
and I go to hell with Tor, everything is fine.
What is the problem?

If there is no https, then apparently all their http traffic is proxied and the DNS cache has not yet been updated on the nearest proxy to you, but the one on which the exit node of the Torah is knocking has managed to.
