Why does the site not work through openserver on a smartphone?

The site does not work on a smartphone. I used openserver. I created a folder, threw index.html there . I
registered it in the pro:

through the computer the address dev25.ru opens, through the smartphone it does not. Writes "Unable to access the site. Cannot find DNS address" Smartphone and laptop water wi-fi network
