How to tie HeidiSQL to OpenServer?

in the premium version there is no admin panel for postgreSQL.
well, it exists (phpPgAdmin), only it has been dead for several years and in the state it is in, it can only work with php5... but I need PHP7.
in general, I noticed that with admins for postgreSQL - trouble.
everything either costs money or is not worth the attention.
stopped on HeidiSQL.... but how to fasten it to OSPanel 5.2.7 premium x64?
If not, what is the best way to proceed in this case?
