Why does the site display differently on Chrome/Opera/Vivaldi and Firefox?

There is a site a0236422.xsph.ru . On Chrome/Opera/Vivaldi the site renders correctly, but on Firefox the bottom div flies away. How to solve this problem?

Chrome, opera and Vivaldi have one engine, ff has another. Therefore, sites may look different on them.
To push the footer to the bottom of the page, change the diplay from table to block on .page-3.
