Why does the site change on reload?

Hello. 4 months ago I sold my domain through a registrar exchange. Decided to see what's on it now. I went to the site, saw the site, then reloaded it and saw a completely different site, then again, and saw another site again, and so on.
What is this phenomenon?
What's the point of this?
Explain, please.
I assume that this is some way to generate traffic?
These are not redirects, please note that the change of sites on the domain occurs, that is, it does not redirect anywhere

@AMar4enko

round-robin DNS each time throws a new ip-address, it seems. Although, if desired, you can configure nginx in a similar way
