Why does the SHOW ARP command determine only dynamic IPs.... (Aruba)?

There is L3 Aruba Switch. With the "show mac-address" command, a list appears with all the macs of connected devices and on which port each device is located. But when you enter "show arp", only those IPs that were dynamically issued by the server are determined. Those that I drove in manually (printers, NAS, etc.) are not detected. In connection with what is this so?
