Why does the screen flicker from time to time?

The screen on ubunt flashes and does not detect the monitor (resolution). Flashes not often, but not rarely. It flashes as if for a second someone pulled out the cable and inserted it. Help, it used to work well on some version, but now it's the same on Ubuntu and Xubuntu. I would install something else, but I don't have a CD drive, and I can't see the flash drive in the BIOS. Only those can install what wuubi has.
Even in terminal mode, it often writes:

[drm:vga_radeon_detected [radeon]] *ERROR* VGA-1: probed a monitor but no | invalid edit

PS: I don't understand Linux at all! Please help ...
PS: Everything is fine on Windows, but I want to try to climb over to Linux ...
Video Adapter: Asus R5 230 series Connected via VGA-0
Monitor: Acer 1400 * 900

I found a very old bug in the RedHat tracker about this warning, they say that creating a file /etc/modprobe.d/drm_kms_helper.confwith the following content can help:
One command can be done like this:
Initramfs will probably also need to be updated:
If it does not help, delete the created file:
After creating the file, you will need to reboot the system.
