Why does the router restart when Wi-Fi is turned on?

Router TP-Link MR3020 v1, under OpenWrt. When Wi-Fi was enabled in the web interface or via the command line, the [email protected]:/# wifiRouter was flashed via UART ( link to tutorial ) with the latest BARRIER BREAKER snapshot (Bleeding Edge, r39789). Same issue on all versions of Attitude Adjustment. I tested it on another, the same router - the same result. The same situation occurs after flashing the router with native firmware. Thank you in advance.

@DarkDemon

Apparently the problem is in the power supply, check it on another PSU.
