Why does the RMK window become inactive?

when the platform 1C 8.3 (8.3.7.1860) is running in RMK mode, the window stops responding to the scanner. Become active only by clicking anywhere in this window.
The following are the steps that were aimed at eliminating this problem:
1 reinstalling the scanner driver (DATALOGIC QUICKSCAN I LITE QW2100)
2 reinstalling the fiscal driver (Fiscal registrar Bar-LIGHT-FR-K)
3 updating windows from Windows 7 PRO to Windows 10
4 download / unloading IB

Try to run for this user only 1s, without a desktop, (by editing the value of the registry key HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell) - theoretically, the focus will simply have nowhere to switch from a single window
