Why does the redirect from the 3rd level not work?

Works up to the third level, then transfers to mysite.ru/bitrix/urlrewrite.php
mysite.ru/test - works
http://mysite.ru/test/ALL AFTER - does not work
What are these problems? with Components maybe?

Redirects to the core. in my opinion it is obvious.
.htaccess is read sequentially, in a circle, until the last redirect stops.

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.(.*) [NC]
