It happens that when you enter, nothing happens. If you managed to enter, then the first time you will not be able to exit)) Where to dig? Tell me plz)

As an option: a problem related to the redirect, for example, when trying to remove index.php from the url, I would look at .htaccess
Due to redirects, situations are possible when clicking on Logout from the admin panel does not exit.
The second option: a problem with the session. Are there any errors in /bitrix/admin/site_checker.php?lang=en ?
And also look at the page /bitrix/admin/settings.php?lang=ru&mid=main&mid_menu=1 and look at the Authorization tab
