Why does the quality of screenshots on Google Play deteriorate?

Hello.
On Google Play, after publication, the quality of screenshots becomes simply jackal, there is no other way to call it. I tried to save in PNG and JPEG, before loading I compressed the weight of the images.
I look at the screenshots through the site - everything is okay. Through the application from the phone (from three I checked) - you can see the quality in the attached screenshots.
I 've already seen the topic Why does the quality of screenshots deteriorate greatly after the game is published on Google Play? but there is no answer. I found similar questions on stackoverflow, no one can clearly answer anywhere either.
The question is, who has experienced this before? Or even if you haven’t encountered it, please write in as much detail as possible how you create screenshots (in what resolution, format, whether you compress the size, how much your files weigh, maybe some settings in Photoshop are needed). It is very important to fix this problem, I ask for your help.

To use less memory. Screenshots are clamped even for popular applications, including Google.
