default_value is the default value, it is displayed if you set it, and there is no value at all, I tried to display it in different ways, "PROPERTY_CODE" => array("URL","QQQ","") is written in the component settings,
I don't understand how it can be, the property itself sees and there is no value.

It seems to me that you are dumping an array of properties, not an array of elements with properties.
