Why does the processor reset frequencies?
Notebook Acer v15-Nitro BE. Processor Core i7 7700HQ. Upon reaching 40% of the charge, the processor resets the frequencies to 800mhz and does not raise it until you connect the memory. How to disable the feature?
And another question. Video card GTX 1060 6gb, when playing games everything seems to be fine, the processor is loaded up to a maximum of 50-60%, but at the same time it heats up to 90-95 degrees, the fans spin at full speed, I changed the thermal paste recently. And because of this, sometimes GTA V crashes at the start of the game. What to dig into?

About the drop in frequency, either the utilities from the manufacturer do it (turn them off) or configure it in the power settings by turning on high performance or digging into the settings of the current plan (the one that is battery powered) The
laptop, by definition, is not designed for constant load, incl. games, no matter what marketers put it on, more precisely, until the hardware becomes five times more productive, modern games will have to be played with a breeze.
There are too few ways to dissipate heat (or it's very expensive, making the whole case an external radiator and tricking with heat pipes and liquid cooling) so it will make noise, a lot.
You can purchase an external cooling system - a stand with fans, which will help to cool the laptop a little, which in turn can slightly reduce the speed of its cooling impellers, but the external coolers themselves will add noise (it is weaker because the coolers are larger) ... in general, it is doubtful.
