Why does the Print Preview take a long time to load when printing in Google Chrome?

In Chrome, when printing documents (PDF-documents are printed from the personal account of the online service), it takes a very long time to load the Preview even if the document is small (1 page), if during the download of the previous. Viewer click on Print Chrome hangs

What I did:
1. Cleared History and Cookies
2. Changed settings in the Print window: Resolution (200dpi), Paper Size (A4), Scale (default)
3. Printer is working, connected correctly
4. Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official build), (64 bit)
