Why did Chromium start throwing an https error and not loading half of the CSS?

Ubuntu, Chromium has become buggy - it does not open half of the sites with https, it knocks out an error:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from sugarjs.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED

In addition, on many sites CSS and scripts are stupidly not loaded, in the console it says:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

In FF everything opens normally, moreover - a week ago and in Chromium everything was ok.
Tried disabling all extensions, didn't help.
Please help, I'm very tired of this garbage.
