Why did Chromium start throwing an https error and not loading half of the CSS?
Ubuntu, Chromium has become buggy - it does not open half of the sites with https, it knocks out an error:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from sugarjs.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED
