Why does the presence of a file from django-registration in a project cause Visual Studio 2013 to crash?
Hello
I ask for the help of Visual Studio experts. Himself familiar with this recently (already starting to hate on the sly).
All of the following was repeated many times with identical results.
I create a django project in Visual Studio using PTVS (as described here: https://pytools.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=PollsD... ). ; I put Django 1.6.10 in the virtual environment; I execute SyncDB; I install all the python libraries needed for the project; I create django apps. Everything is working.
And then VS starts to crash with an unknown error about 15 seconds after opening the project.
There should be a long story here, as I was looking for where the error was, it does not matter. The main thing is that I use django-registration in the project. So. Some completely inexplicable, mystical garbage is happening. The presence of the models.py file ( https://github.com/macropin/django-registration/bl... in the project causes VS to crash.
That is, if you just create a folder anywhere in the project, no matter under what name, no matter where , no matter what's in settings, put this file there and include it in the project, after 15 seconds Visual Studio will crash. What
could it be?
Visual Studio 2013
Pyrhon
2.7
Django 1.6 .

Long communication with Microsoft technical support did not give an answer. It looks like this is a bug. And yes, VS is not for Django yet. Their rakes are the most convincing.
