Why does the PGAdmin web client only work when connected to a Linux machine in Shell?

Installed PGAdmin4 web client on Ubuntu. Everything works, you can log in remotely from the browser, BUT .. to work, you have to go to Shell on Ubuntu and manually start PGAdmin, then it becomes available remotely. When you close the connection in Shell with Ubuntu, PGAdmin falls off. Why is that? It should work all the time regardless of connecting to Ubuntu in Shell. Does anyone know how to fix?

Run it as a service, for example. Read about systemd.
