Why does the PC processor instantly overheat when loading the OS?

Why does the processor heat up instantly when the OS is loaded, and when the OS loads completely, after about 5 minutes, there is a hiss and boil in the processor area and the processor cooler, the temperature rises to 108 degrees, and the system unit turns off, while during these 5 -ty minutes, (not counting the first 2), the processor is running at 100%, without interruption, and this is just loading the OS and startup programs? I had this processor - AMD Atlon 64 socket AM 2, X2 6000 + Mat. AMD690GM-M2 rev 1.0A board.

@Anton_dragS

Am I such a dunce to put a percentage without a cooler, and ask questions about overheating here. There is a standard cooler, with a lamellar radiator. And by the way, almost all of my tasks that I set with the mouse cursor in the OS were clearly audible in the processor in the form of clicks, sounds were also heard in the form of second squeaks. My opinion is that the processor was simply in a critical state, that is, it had a "broken" microprocessor of the 1st of the cores (it is dual-core).
