Why does the page template change when it is updated?

Catalog item page. I use the Catalog component.
The first time I go to the catalog item page - everything is fine. I refresh the page (I press F5) - the template flies, the element is shown without formatting (no columns, breadcrumbs disappear, the side menu disappears).

It's all about how your layout is implemented and what data is displayed in this template (product card in detail). When the page is refreshed, the data is already read from the cache, and apparently there is data with a layout that does not get into the cache, or something like that.
Temporarily your problem can be solved - disable component caching. But in this case there will be an additional load on the server.
The right decision is to revise the template of a detailed product card and remake it so that it works well with the cache.
