There are too many requests to the site, most likely it comes from somewhere dos attack and the site can not cope and therefore does not open for a long time, after which the site is simply not found ...

The simplest thing you can do is block access to all countries who will not 100% visit your site, as well as install and configure fail2ban. But it would be nice to see the logs
