Why does the page load differently in IE9 when the inspector is open/closed?
I'm trying to run a Drupal 7 site in IE9. In this case, there are 2 situations:
1. When the inspector is turned off, everything loads, but some of the scripts do not work: the jQuery accordions, jQuery Selectric, the script connected in the header for placeholders do not work .. maybe something else .. At the same time, the slider, validation jQuery and others work.
2. When the inspector is on, everything loads and works fine.
Tell me, what is the difference for the browser with this inspector and how to overcome it?

1 time was similar. the point was that when opening the code inspector, the resize function was called and a number of scripts were re-initialized.
