Google reCaptcha caching in Drupal 7. Captcha form is not displayed on the page. What could be the problem?

There was a question:
In Drupal 7, the Google reCaptha form disappeared on the Login and Register new account pages.
After Flush all cache, everything returns to normal. After a few hours, the form disappears again.
What could be the problem? Could there be a problem with Varnish?
