Why does the outlook mobile app notify about already read?

There is mail in OWA like [email protected]
I installed Outlook on Android and it gives me notifications about already read letters.
Why and how to fix it, tell me?
I even noticed that I read the letter on my computer and after a couple of hours I turned it on on the phone - it gives notifications about these (already read) letters.
Well, at least according to all the letters from last year, the villain did not notify me ..
