Limits in Mail for Domain
The following limits are set on the number of recipients:
You can send 3,000 * messages from one mailbox per day. If you have specified several recipients, then a separate letter is sent to each of them.

No restrictions.
1000 mailboxes is a limit, but this can be increased. You can only send from addresses registered in the mail settings, but this is most likely everywhere.

I do not think that they will allow you to do mailings through themselves. To send, you need to put your smtp or use one of the services designed for this.
