Why does the NetXMS installation hang?

I'm trying to install on a virtual machine running under WinXP NetXMS.
During installation, I specified the base and other parameters. After initializing the database, the installer hangs on "Checking core service configuration". Left for the night. Zero sense.
What could be the problem?
