Normal iron under VDS?

Hardware:
Intel Xeon E5-1650v3 3.5Ghz/3.8Ghz
128GB DDR4
4x 1TB HDD in RAID-10
Internet 1gbit with anti-ddos
I think to put 64 VDS on it with 2GB of RAM and 3.0 GHz core, KVM virtualization under promox ve
Will it work? Provided that naturally all VDS will not always be enabled, and that the average CPU load is 5%

And 64 VDS will break your io. There for everything about everything 400 iops.
No need to do VDS on HDD. I suspect that on household SATA

You don't need a lot of space. But iops are needed in such cases.
