Why does the net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING error occur?

Today I encountered a very strange error.
When trying to load a working site for one of the css, an error pops up net::ERR_INCOMPLETE_CHUNKED_ENCODING 200 (OK)
When refreshing the page via cmd + shift + R, it loads the css file normally. You update again - it does not come. And so circle after circle.
This problem is not only in chrome, but also Opera, Safari. Only FF loads every time without a single problem.
Same error on android phone.
I connect to the working site via OpenVPN I
use MacOS
myself. Addblock is disabled, there is no antivirus.
The guys who sit in the office do not have such a problem.
And the strangest!!! When entering the same site in your personal account, such an error does not occur for the same css file.
What could be the catch? Thank you)
