Why does the mouse start to glitch and the sound of connecting / disconnecting equipment is played when I start the game?

at startup starts to "pynk" and "pytunkat", as when connecting / disconnecting a flash drive for example. The cursor starts to twitch and generally becomes naughty - it doesn’t move well, not every button works when pressed (both inside the game and in the operating system when trying to minimize the game and somehow exit it). Reboot saves.
