Why does the local Bitrix not connect to the remote database?

Updated software (php and mysql) on the server. After that, the local copy (on OpenServer'e), which connected to the database on this server, stopped working. Issues

@arbuzzz

The question is closed. iptables was apparently overloaded and closed ports for external connections.
