Why does the launch from the administrator in the shortcut crash?

In the shortcut of one of the programs I set it to run as administrator. After starting, the checkmark in this item disappears, so you have to manually set it again every time before starting. How to make it not fly off?

Drop the elevate.exe file into the program folder, then change the shortcut to "elevate.exe" "yourprogram.exe"
