Internet provider Ukrtelecom. Recently, the Internet in the router has been constantly disappearing, but all the indicators are on as if everything is working. I noticed that if you leave the router turned off for a long time, then it can work for a long time, but then the Internet disappears every 5 minutes. The only way to restore the connection is to restart it. What could be the problem and what could be the solutions? Is it the provider's fault? If the router is broken, where should I look to fix it?

look at the modem logs, most likely you have a "last mile" problem - twists, mice, and other bad effects on the wire
